How to Write Feedback Before You Give It
I would say write down the feedback before you give it. A lot of times I write it down and then I'm like, oh, I should not say that. And then I edit and I wordsmith my own. Like your first pass is sometimes not your best pass. But if you try to show up to a feedback meeting unprepared, that's like the worst thing you can do as a manager.
