Ethereum and the IP44 Merge
The IP44 also known as for a bank sharding is a way to create a new type of data in Ethereum that's more short lived. They actually call it a blob, a blob of short lived data that can be used by transactions in the budget. What that means is that instead of properly storing in the fully robust manner, most data in Etherum is stored more or less permanently.
