I think I struggled the most with the politics in the role. You know no clear definitions of your role or responsibility but a lot of expectations that you're supposed to own everything. The tough thing about the military is empowerment and accountability are two sides of the same coin. It's my favorite paperwork that I ever got when you would get advanced. And if I get in trouble which for clarity there's a high likelihood I will, I'm going to get this stripped away and then probably the one below it.
