The Problem With the Uniform Determination of Death Act

Currently patients diagnosed as brain dead, appropriately, by the current criteria of the American Academy of Neurology, actually can just aid pregnancies and go through puberty. The Uniform Determination of Death Act is a good law that has served our country for over 40 years. It doesn't specify whose criteria, it just says accepted medical standards in it. Once you're legally dead, I mean, there's no health insurance, there’s no rights, there are no privileges or anything under the law.
