You're going to ask her what happened and listen to her response. She needs to be calm before she will be able to absorb what you have to say. It's okay to feel mad sometimes but is it okay to hit people? Why not? How do you think he felt when you hit him? What do you think you could do next time? You may need to coach her on some of these answers for a short time. So don't be surprised if she gets the answers down but she's still acting out sometimes. Then you will give a consequence and set this up as an ongoing rule. The rule is that if she cannot interact appropriately she will not be allowed to stay and play
