Is There a SEC Accreditation?
The SEC could really do some great work in the world towards their mission of protecting these retail investors, is by having an accreditation or a sophistication test. It will always happen when you have the opportunity to arbitrage, to earn, you know, unrealistic interest. Like, literally, I don't know why we don't start teaching in second grade, that if somebody comes to you and says, you can get a return that's two to 10 times the market. We should teach that in school. And instead of just taking action after people are misbehaving ... it's not going to look good.
