How to Improve Your Health With Daily Walking
It's not clear when Amazon might be rolling out ads or how much a new ad tier might cost. New research published in the Lancet Medical Journal says walking 7,000 steps a day is all it takes for people 60 and older to increase their life spans. The CDC says there are other studies in which step counts of 8,000 a day have lowered risks for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, dementia, depression, many types of cancer and sleep apnea.
