How Much Movement Do You Need in a Day?

Exercise, our physical activity levels have a strong correlation with disease onset in those that are predisposed. So how much movement do we need in a day to put up some kind of defence against alsimers? Most exercised physiologists who are in the field would suggest forty to 50 minutes a day. We're getting our heart pumping so that the blood flow is going to go through the brain and remove these amaloids which can just either get stuck there or hang out there. The exercise will push them away.
