The Main Water Shut Off in a Suburban Area

i didn't know this because i've not owned a house that had this before. Apparently, there's also always a main water shut off inside the house. And so the one down by the street was like, really difficult. It wouldn't budge. The students literally were looking at me like i was their boss every step of the way. They were like, it's not turning. What'll we do? and i'm standing here like, this doesn't seem like how you would stall afridh ha, ha, ha. Don't know. Iave different expectations."
