The love and acting are two separate things. I've had other actors tell me that you're not really an actor unless you love the audition. What i look for personally though is there is a carisma, but it's a genuineness. I definitely sign more on the good looking side. Caanlets, there's no secret. A lot of times the acting doesn't catch up. And in his case, and several of my other success stories, they do catch up. So it's carisma, its beauty, its likeability It's their willingness to trust me.
