How to Evoke Your Character's Emotion

A lot of the best descriptions do things like that, but not always just that. You can also evoke their status in that culture by the mere way they describe the world. So you can do so much with descriptions. But depending on what I'm trying to accomplish, they can be equally powerful in getting the message across.
