China's Slowing Inflation

The main impact of chinese slowing is likely to be on commodity es. I have been saying for some time that i think people are going to look back at some of the economic forecasts about china in 20 20 as if they were made in 19 60 or 90. These, as i've been saying now for some time, are looking like increasingly profound events in ch China. It was taken as almost axiomatic six months a year ago, that  the chinese economy would surpass the american economy in terms of total g g p at market exchange rates. That's now much less clear than it previously was.
