The awareness of being an ecological learner will change their actions and it's likely to also change their justification of the decisions that they're making. The person that I'm working with is incredibly ecologically led and follows that philosophy, but they have absolutely no clue that they're doing. So understanding your rationale behind the actions you make gives you more autonomy in the decisions that you make.
