Are You Going to Make the Wrong Decision?

In your book, you say that it can be helpful to have a sort of matrix to help with being objective in hiring. By thet gets af balance, like not only looking at what they meet in terms of this matrix, but also having more f that intuition of those values as well. A lot o tho time, that part of the reason that i take so much time to make a decision is, like, i really want to make the right one. So my job is to make as smart a decision as possible.
