Compensationalism

Saints alphonsus legury is famous in ecclesiastical circles for his moral theology. He explored all three of these middle positions: probabilorist, equa probablism and compensationalism. Compensationalism says that you must compensate for additional factors besides the probability of being correct. But i think god gave us the gift of reason to try to figure out nature, even if thatn e some risk. And it's not wrong, in principle, to accept some degree of risk here. You want to minimize that risk.
