The Role of the Body in Taste and Touch
Cognitive scientist Herbert Dreyfus says it is easiest to become aware of the body's role in taste and touch, but seeing too is a skill that has to be learned. We would not think if we had not been taught implicitly by our social context, how to use our bodies. And so like you asked me to deal with any kind of information, right, even in an abstract conceptual way, I have to first get that information.
