The Bare Minimum
The process is, it's literally all about these small nudges that will keep you going. The rocks and the trees that we hit on the way to our goal are normal. There's no such thing as perfection. It's a reaction when things don't go perfectly that we'll make break us. So how soon after we stall out can we nudge ourselves back down the mountain? Nowand as we go into the fourth week, my challenge to you is to remember to set that appointment every day. Remember to keep that appointment and set those timers. And above all, please remember to be cool with yourself during this process.
