No one's job is really being replaced in Singapore and due to the elderly population, which is known as quote unquote the three tsunamis. So this is just very important for them to have something like this. And I think there has been increased demand in other countries, such as a Denmark, where that kind of disparity is also seen between the workforce that is shrinking, but the aging population and need for health care that is increasing.
