Strength Training - Is There a Weight Loss?
There's loads of different strength training out there, you can Google like wild ginger strength work. I prefer people to work on effort level, something that is called RPE and that's a zero to 10 scale or you can use the Borg scale which is one to 14. So we tend to say when you're doing any exercises, always worked with seven out of 10 and lifting weight perspective, that means that it’s not easy, but when you finished, you could most probably do a few more reps. You've got a few more left than the tank, but you couldn't keep going forever.
