The Importance of Menopause Nutrition
Make sure you're getting enough fiber, track it for a couple weeks, and then try to add foods that, you know, fiber, take a vitamin D supplement if you're not. Aging is normal, but suffering is not. All of us expect to not feel the same as we did at 25. If you're just life disruptive and you are not happy because of how you feel, there is you just need to find the right person to guide you through this.
