How to Preserve Your Manager's Feelings
Your manager is really good at talking, usually they are. And they need to snap out of it. How do you preserve their feelings? I mean that the way this happens in friendships is with excuses and ghosting. So in an engineering work environment, the answer is fake alerts from your production system that call you away. Ah, y ok. It just happened to take place at about the forty five minute mark into every weekly one on one. You just have a script that sends out an alert.
