OKRs - How to Get to the End of Period Financial Metrics?

I think what I see often in senior leadership teams is the KRs are really end of period financial metrics, right? Make sure you leverage the existing processes that you have already built. Just because you're building OKR doesn't mean you've got to have a new process in place. If you have less a Jira or Git or other tools that manage your purpose, make sure you pull the data from those tools. Don't create new things. Use your OKR as a malgation of bringing all this stuff together in a cohesive point of view.
