Last week, us. President joe byden described vladimir putin as a war criminal due to the russian army's actions in ukraine. After days of avoiding using such harsh language, byden first used the term war criminal in an off the cuff reply to a reporter's question. And in response, the kremlin, the russia government, described, byden's words, as unforgivable rhetoric.
