In regards to getting letters of reference, today specifically need to be from UK companies or can it be worldwide? It would be worldwide. So I think it rather depends on the sector and the type of work they have done in the past and what they would like to do in the future. And I guess this is not too much, but one thing I want to touch on was just getting emergency visas. If you haven't got the evidence, it's a very long journey home.
