How Can We Cultivate Better Hybrid Management Strategies?

i think that management is a very difficult thing to be good at, just generally. Riht management requires a lot of ampathy, ton of listening and things that are not necessarily like the hall marks of someone that stands out within a team. The other thing i'll add to, especially when it comes to on boarding, is that a really huge help for people in these onboarding situations, and something that people are scared of losing, is informal mentorship.
