The Importance of a Medial Epicondollectomy
I think a medial epicondollectomy is a kind of mean thing to do to somebody. It really hurts. We have found our experience with adipofascial flaps to be pretty positive. I've seen more problems with sub muscular transpositions partially because they weren't done particularly well. The dynamics of the forearm and how it moves in relation to the kinetics of the arm kind of moving back and forth, depending on what the person that you're treating.
