India is deeply illiberal in so many ways gender cast whatever but there is a lived liberalism which can you know see in our languages and our cuisine and our clothes simulations from everywhere. One begins to wonder about whether the experiment that we tried with the kind of constitution that we had was it bound to fail because what we seem to have done is we took a liberal constitution not as liberal as I would like but still much more liberal than society and imposed it on an illiberal society. It seems that politics has caught up with society and therefore where again I'd look pessimistically at what you said about at some point something's going to give.
She began as a journalist in the pursuit of truth. She went on to embrace activism in the pursuit of justice.
