Is South Africa a Failed State?
South Africa is not yet considered to be a failed state. But the country does need to change things to make sure it doesn't fail. Failed states are characterized by breakdown of government functions, widespread violence and inability to provide basic services. What do you think? Is South Africa a failed state?
