Baba Blacksheep - A Nursery Rhyme

The origins of the baba blacksheep rime were, for a long time, thought to date back to the eighteenth century in britain. The rhyme was originally a sneaky way for illiterate peasants to shed about the king and other nobility who were taxing them unfairly. This all makes these old nursery rhymes so much cooler to me.
