The Life of Adolf Hitler

Adolf hated school. Even as late as 1942 we have records of him complaining about his high school teachers. Hitler quit school for good in 1905 and got drunk for the first and only time in his life to celebrate. He never graduated from high school. For the next few years, Hitler lived with his mother, enjoying his newfound freedom. In Vienna, Hitler was a small-town boy looking for his big break.
