Do Not Fornicate - It's the Primary One
If you want success ind meditation, you need really fulfil yama and yama ah. Don't fornicate, is the primary one. Never abuse the sexual energy. Never steal, commit adultery, kill. Things on a physical level, which are very basic, but psychologically, these are things that we do all the time. In the only way to really aces even having body that still, we need to know have or have discipline in our daily life. It is urgent to acquire absolute chastity, tenacity, serenity and patience in order to be a sanasin of a mind.
