The Importance of Setting Stretch Goals
I like it that sometimes we talked about it before I think on another podcast is making those goals achievable or at least putting them in a tiered system. So so we have one level of goals that you know you can hit, right? And then you have another level that you actually have to work for if you're going to make it and then have a stretch goal as well. Sometimes we set our goals too low because we're afraid of failure. But there's more involved to be successful in your goal setting than just saying, Oh, that sounds like a cool goal.
