According to ESPN, Rivera has met with Harris since he took over swapping their thoughts on their individual philosophies. He said Harris told him they'll provide the necessary support. Sounds like someone in PR wrote a lot of this to me. I don't think Washington has any reason to be good this season. They're not if Washington performs at their peak, they're not a contender.
