Will You Be My Mentor?

How do you put yourself in a position where mentors can find you? Um, this is not easy for a lot of young professionals. And if you have any specifics about that happened for you, or how some one could make that happen, that would be really valuable. I think i can tell by the way the question was asked, i think it's about sort of changing the way that you define a mentor.
