Doing Customer Service Early on Is So Beneficial for Your Company

I always thought the wholesale game when we bought from wholesalers, tons of people overhead to thin margins, I was like, why would anyone get into this business? They didn't retail on the side, it was just purely a wholesale plan. So starting out doing your customer service, I'd encourage anybody to do that. But yeah, at the time we were ready to grow, that was the first person we hired Was brave enough to join us in this small little like interior office that literally could only fit like four people.
