When you're new to something, it's important to eat crap for a little bit of while. We relentlessly block Marcus Spam unsubscribe and don't reply or tell them like here's the FAQ page relentlessly. Someone who doesn't read the FAQ page is a great example of someone that we do not want as a customer. It has been so painfully obvious who's not a good fit for the business. No one, nothing's ever due at a certain moment. There's never any meetings outside of that Monday morning meeting.
