Can Bodybuilders Thrive on a Vegan Diet?

A new study from Italy says a vegan diet can work for bodybuilders. But neither group reached the recommended daily allowance of vitamin D during both bulking and cutting phases, it said. The vegans would actually know they needed the supplement and the omnivores wouldn't. Mm-Hm! That's not surprising to me. I think we could kind of do whatever you want as far as macronutrients with the different supplements that are available.
