For every explosiveness to bring someone back, you need to also be able to internally rotate. You're going to have people that are predisposed to using certain strategies better than others. Take somebody past the threshold and now you got a problem. The first time I ever did a step up where I actually purposefully got a good level of internal rotation was with my glute.
