Dr. Christopher Morrison has been awarded a phase two NIAC grant to explore the idea of chasing down an interstellar asteroid, land a probe on it and retrieve a sample. This is part one of a two part interview that I have with Christopher. In this part, we talk about the first NIAC grant, I guess the phase twoNIAC grant. And then in part two, we talks about a completely different NIAC grant that Christopher and his team have been awarded from NASA. We'll get into that with part two.
