Is There a Requirement to Regulating Artificial Intelligence?
The public is waking up to the fact that these technologies are having big impacts on real lives. I think there's going to be a big discussion in Europe, and probably elsewhere. Every developer developing software that makes automated decisions should take at least one ethics course as part of getting your CS degree.
