Are You Trying to Leave the Ground?

i want to keep having conversations like this with other friends and colleagues that are honest about omy own the way i get in my own way on some of these things. Sadly, i can't include everyone in that. We need to speak civilly to one another without insult. But a there'se some things we can't blink and we must face into those things, as hard as they may be. You know, part of my practice to take lessons from the natural world, which is always a place of solace and encouragement for me. I think i was 27 here this morning. And nowit doesn't make me want to rush out and walk, but i need to do that
