Is Shared Channels Really a Great Way to Get Closer to Customers?

Lkwert: Using share channels is actually a very efficient way to get this type of feedback. The companies that have been the most successful, or the ones that priortized their customers are all ways always making some time per week where people can focus on getting closer to customers. I mean, when you having a customer's centred culture, it means that everybody within your company has a perspective on on your customers because they spend time with them. And so really it just comes down to which prapties you have. But i think sure channels is such an amazing sort of revolution in terms of a customer contact.
