Using Positions and Internal Cues to Drive Awareness

A bad specific movement, i believe it's one that relies too much on positions and internal cues. I would never expect them to run that way when they're actually trying to run their fastest. You could say the same thing with y basket ball, for example. Flick your wrist just like this, and trying to line everything up in a very specific way. And where there's so many degrees of freedom that there's no solid muscular tension, base adaptation that can happen, i do say that is a straw man.
