The Craziest Founder Story
I think he copied the ideas from no Mia's in Tokyo. They're basically like tiny bars that are basically like six to eight seats and they have like one really distinct specialty. It got me thinking about our conversation last week about the equity risk premium. Why are so many people trying to start restaurants when you know that restaurants and bars are a horrible business? I was just fantasizing about this room room because it would be a fun passion project for me with no intentions of it actually being cash flow positive.
