The Importance of Equalization in Sports
In California they wanted to pass a piece of legislation where you had to have a trans person and in a and a LGBTQ RS to be on your board of directors of your company. And so I guess so we're we're equal but we're not, it's there's this like forced equalization specifically coming out of state or federal regulations which I don't agree with in any capacity. My issue is more the physical circumstance. It also differentiates but in some professions there is a physical circumstance where you do thatYou know based on what you're doing the your strength matters and what you bring professionally to the table.
