I think it's time for the idaho legislature to protect public property rights. That road has been built by the public, maintained by the public. It belongs to the public, and the wilkes brothers are stealing from the public. This is how people created countries, originally. You grabbed some land and we put up some guards, or bring in your knights or whatever, and prepare to defend it. And thus is the world divided.
