Helena, I think we're at a great point to start here. So tell us a one-liner about yourself and maybe tell us about your chickens or anything else really interesting that you want to talk about. Helena is an internist by training who practiced as a hospitalist but went forth and completed a second residency in dermatology. She has been building and busy with the operations of an inpatient, consultative dermatology service at a major regional hospital.
