i wondered if you had thoughts on that in general, and also through this place versus people based policy lends. Some tools are such blunt srments that they will just overpower some of these things. And one thing that's really striking here is how much public assistance drops off in black neighbourhoods affected by riots. Just over all black neighbourhoods, around two thousand, thereis just an incredibly steep drop. You now we've ben talking about how it paints differences between riot affected and non riot affected neighborhoods. But i found some interesting similarities and convergence over time that i found kind of surprising.
