Leadership Is About Service, Not Leadership
Leadership was going to come through service, and not always telling people what they shouldn't do. Time is something that we feel like we all should respect, so we have to show up on time every day. Playing hard and competing is an absolute you o yo. If you can’t compete and play hard, we got no shot. And the last piece of advice i would give is just gratitude, understanding that this is a get to and not a got to. You know, even if it doesn't line up with my paradine.
