Author follows three workers, as narrative, not fiction. Follows them from day of the announcement that they're going to be moving the factory off sight to mexico. And then she follows so you get their backs surias to how they came to work at this factory. She writes it in a really interesting way, cause she's a mixed race herself and i think, i can't menter her mother's black in her father's wite al the other way round.
